What I Learned from #Fitblog

by Lisa on September 27, 2012

I’ve been kind of resistant to vlogging.  I don’t particularly like my voice on camera and I really hate my lazy eye, which is kind of obvious on screen. I guess I’ll just have to give up my dream now of being a reality tv star ;-) .

I set aside my fears though and made a video.  I was so excited to host #Fitblog this week and learned some great stuff so I just had to share with you.

What do you think? Should I vlog again?  What do you want to hear about?

And what are your tips for fitting in fitness?  I love the scheduling workouts idea so much that I started doing it today!

YES!! More vlogs! I think you’re great and I *love* hearing what vloggers sound like :)

As you know, I’ll be facing some of these same obstacles soon. Scheduling fitness has always been important for me, so I think that will continue.

You did great! Loved hearing your voice. And you did a great job hosting fitblog this week. It was such a fun topic and definitely one that we all struggle with.

Thank you so much Christine! I’m not sure this will ever get easy. Maybe when the kids graduate from high school? ;-)
