What’s For Dinner? Menu Planning Challenge

Today I am linking up with Jill and Laura to share our menu for the week.  Every weekend, usually on Friday night it gets wild and crazy over here I plan out the menu for the following week.  Ordinarily, I only write down what we’re having for dinner, though I also loosely plan breakfast and lunch for the three of us.

This Week:

Sunday: Buffalo Chicken Nachos
Monday: Bean Chili
Tuesday: Pork Tenderloin Stir Fry with Tangerines and Chili Sauce
Wednesday: Pasta with Chicken Apple Sausage and Broccoli
Thursday: Butternut Squash Risotto
Friday: leftovers
Saturday: out

I hang our menu plan on the refrigerator every week and we almost always deviate from it.  Let’s see how close we stick to it this week!

here’s what the plan is this week. i tend to mix up the days though depending on how i feel. :) that risotto sounds great!

Monday: black beans & rice
Tuesday: potato soup
Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: butternut squash soup
Friday: Hawaiian Chicken
Saturday: out to eat
Sunday: appetizers & desserts at church
