Looks like you did really well last week! Mine was similar- moved a few around, had an extra night out, but mostly stuck to the plan. We’re making a similar salmon and sweet potato meal this week, yum!

I like having a plan and all of the ingredients on hand, otherwise I would be so tempted to go out even more and not cook at home. I love this link up!
I just did my meal planning too- chicken fajitas, tomato soup and a few leftovers. I am trying to use what I have on hand.
Have a great week!

It’s a great feeling when you’re able to use what you have on hand–I love an empty fridge at the end of the week!
I am loving the accountability of this challenge to force me to create a meal plan–it has made dinner time so much easier! I love the sound of spaghetti squash with a mushroom sauce–I’ll have to give it a try!

It’s delicious! Great as a main dish and I also served it as a side at Thanksgiving last year. Huge hit.
